However, there’s a lack of consistency in some dishes. For example, the potato pie can sometimes be perfectly seasoned, but other times almost without any spices. The burek is occasionally spot on, but sometimes has too much onion. This shows that the recipes and measurements are not always standardized, and that’s something worth improving.
Also, keep in mind that Nuremberg is a tourist city, full of students and researchers. Speaking English is normal here and a welcoming smile or effort in communication makes a big difference. There’s no need for frowning, guests always feel better when hospitality goes beyond the counter.

I came here specifically for börek takeaway, and I liked what I got. The portion was big and the cheese inside was a proper salty kind. It was also warm, though personally I prefer it a bit wetter. I had to pay with cash, which is inconvenient, but well, that's Germany for you. All in all, I'm satisfied.

Eine der besten Bäckereien der Stadt! Große Auswahl an frischen Backwaren, alles schmeckt fantastisch – besonders die Brötchen und der Kuchen. Und das Beste: Die Preise sind total fair und sogar günstiger als in vielen anderen Läden. Freundliches Personal, schnelle Bedienung. Ich komme immer wieder gern!
